We just returned from a 7 night stay on June 4th. First of all the front desk staff was pleasant, lots of smiles and helpful in every way. The lobby was clean and inviting. Our room was well maintained, clean and the beds comfortable. I have to brag on the service provided by the staff and manager at the restraint on the beach. R, the manager, has a way to make you and yours feel special. Our 13 year old granddaughter was treated like a princess by him.. His service was exceptional... We recommend this place for their exceptional hospitality. Mark USA

Nice Resort away from downtown. * pesos gets you a cab into town when you need more action. The Dive group onsite is friendly and attentive but it seems to attract many new divers. Because of this there were never enough (4) divers for any afternoon or night dives - bring your own divers if you want these extra dives. Food at the restaurants were good but the breakfast bar for $* was overpriced. A short walk gets you to the Money Bar with good weekend entertainment and wonderful ceviche.

The staff, service and value for the money were excellent. We paid $50 for an empty refrigerator so we could buy our own drinks and snacks for the room. (I emailed the hotel directly after booking to request a king bed and frig. Everything we asked for was taken care of immediately. I can't say enough about how nice the staff was! Pay a little extra for ocean view it's worth it. We were very happy we did not have the allinclusive as there are excellent restaurants in town; Sorissi La cocay, and la Choza were all great. Get a map of Cozumel from mapchick.com before you go and rent a car. Punta Sur for the best snorkeling!

This place was very average - we did not pay a lot to stay there so did not complain. The room was "sufficient" but could have been a little cleaner. The staff was friendly. We did not do all inclusive and were glad that we didn't. The Money Bar restaurant was walkable and very good. We had rented a car and very much enjoyed being able to explore the island and visit different restaurants and beaches.

As soon as we got there to our room which ws dirty, I went to wash my hands and the water came out BLACK!! Then I tried to call the desk to complain, but the phone did not work. So we trekked back up to the main building (quit a distance from the casitas we were in) We left while they were to fix the problem. When we returned, the water was still off color, so we moved to another room. (the water was only slightly off color). I was tired by then so we stayed. That evening I went to get ice, and of course the ice machine for the casita area was broken... another trek to the main building. Since we had rented a car, we went to the grocery store and bought water and ice. Then the day before we left, the water backed up in the bathroom (2 inches of water on the floor) & the AC broke. Another issue we had was a maintainence man just showed up at our door with a room safe wanting to know if we needed ours replaced. I found that disturbing, so I had to carry our valuables with me for the entire stay. All the while with all the problems, they were nice & appologetic, but not once did they offer anything to compensate for such a bad experience. Those Casitas were not cheap, we paid lot of money to stay in nice hotel that was NOT NICE AT ALL. Also, we only ate there once due to the food was terrible. I will never stay at ANY Fiesta Hotels again!!!
