As usual we really enjoyed our stay at the Pueblo Bonito Mazatlan. I had requested a room with a great view of the ocean since my wife and I were celebrating our aniversary, and we were given a room on the 2nd floor at the end of the hotel, right on the beach. The view of the sunsets there was nothing less than spectacular. The service was great, and the food at the hotel restaurants was wonderful. The hotel is located at the beginning of the "golden zone", and is conveniently located close to most things we wanted to go to. The average age of those staying at P.B. mazatlan were quite a bit older than those who usually go to the Pueblo Bonito hotels in Cabo, but that just made things more relaxing. If you are looking to party on the beach all day and night, then Cabo is the place for you. If you just want to relax and kick back, then go to Mazatlan.

Did not care for the hard pressure to purchase a time share.As soon as we arrived we had to schedule a breakfast timeshare sales pitch within 3 daysplus had to pay for the breakfast. did not get my money backtoo scared to go back to the timeshare vendor to ask? They were hard pressure to sell us a timeshare.working all kinds of deals to come for a free week here and there.The management were rude and pushy. I had to say Im here just for a vacationnot to buy a * time shareplus * a year maintenance costs. The place is beautifulbut the staff seem unhappy in their work. For my next vacation I will stay at another resort !

We just came home from Pueblo Bonito and another great week in the resort, the service is fabulous, most speak english, and they are so willing to help you in whatever you need. The food there at all the restaurants was great. The rooms are clean, and comfortable, there were not as many people there this year as last so we even enjoyed it more than the last year. Because it was so not crowded. The beach is fabulous and we enjoyed bartering with the vendors.

Have stayed here before and will go back again. All the employees are friendly and make you feel welcomed. Most speak english quite well and go out of their way to help you. The hotel is well maintained and very clean. You can even go to their sister resort (Emerald Bay) for the day to use the pool or dine out.
